The site as you can see, will fill the field bordered by the Bicester Road, the Kidlington cemetary, Water Eaton Lane and Beagles close.
It is for 96 dwellings (50% affordable) plus landscaping etc. The consultation closes 16th February.
Regret that we could not keep this land in the Green Belt but pleased to see the level of affordable housing is as promised. (the affordable housing to be allocated to people on Oxford City's
waiting list).
This presumably is just the first phase of housing on this site.
