Land Behind the Moors – Appeal against Refusal of Planning Application for 340 houses.
We’re writing to let you know that the applicant has now lodged an appeal against Cherwell Council’s refusal of planning permission. This was always very likely. If you commented on the original
application you will probably have received an e-mail letter from the Council informing you about the appeal and that you can make further comments on it.
The closing date for comments is August 5th and the appeal will be determined by a Planning Inspector who will hold a Public Inquiry over several days in the autumn.
We recommend that you do not send in further comments, at least for the time being. We are currently considering the appeal documents as they become available and will contact you again in
two or three weeks time with our views and any suggested action.
