Planning Appeal on Land Behind the Moors
As you know, the applicant has lodged an appeal against Cherwell Council’s refusal of planning permission for 340 houses on the Land Behind the Moors. We now know that the Planning Appeal will be
determined by a Planning Inspector after a six-day Public Inquiry starting in November. The location hasn’t yet been arranged but we are pressing strongly for it to be in Kidlington.
Anyone can make comments on the appeal up to an absolute deadline of 3rd August. We encourage you to do so using the following link:

We are urging everyone to respond to the Planning Inspectorate stating that "I am against the appeal proposals" Please do this before the deadline.
